PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the person placing the online order to ensure that all order details (date, time, delivery location and onsite contact) are correct when finalising the order.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and should you need to cancel your catering order, please contact our team directly to organise a refund or to reschedule your order to another date. Full refunds are only issued if the order is cancelled in writing and confirmed by our team a minimum of 7 days prior to the order date.

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days after you have received confirmation from us for your refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, please contact our team directly.

Rescheduling Your Order

Should you wish to reschedule your order, we require at least 7 days notice in writing.

Changing Your Order

If you need to amend an existing order, please contact us a minimum of 24-hours prior to your delivery date and our team will do their best to cater to your requests.

Please note: Some changes may incur an additional cost and full payment of any additional items or adjustments must be made prior to the delivery of your catering order.

Processing

All catering orders must be placed online via the Pellegrini's Italian website with full payment required at the time of ordering.
